Stamped Copper Floral Beaded Bracelet

This project began with the inspiration of my line of floral stamps and my new favorite color for now, Aqua!


To create this project gather the following supplies:

Supplies:
  Ranger Vintaj Patina Ink in Moss and Verdigris
  Assortment of aqua, blue, and green beads in various textures, sizes and finishes
  Beading string
  Jump Rings
  Clasp
  Jewelry pliers
  Scissors

Directions:
1.Using a paintbrush apply a small amount of Ranger Vintaj Verdigris to the medium coneflower Lucky Lilypad stamp.
2.Press stamp firmly on Vintaj copper blank and let dry.
3.Using the same technique, apply Vintaj Moss ink on the small vine Lucky Lilypad Stamp.
4.Press and create a vine pattern around and overlapping the coneflower on the Vintaj copper blank and let dry.
5.Start laying out the assortment of beads in a random pattern.
6.Cut length of beading string and tie jump ring on one end
7.Begin stringing beads to string and doubling the beads around the copper blank.
8.Finish off with matching clasp.

Funky Mushroom Pearl Pendent Necklace



To create this project gather the following supplies:

Supplies:
  Clearsnap ColorBox Fluid Chalk  in Dark Brown
  Rounded rectangle bezel jewelry pendant
  Pearl Ex Pigments in Iridescent
  Ranger Dylusions Ink Sprays in Pure Sunshine and Funky Fuchsia
  Beads, pearls, in purple and white
  Beading string
  Jump Rings
  Clasp
  Shiny decoupage glue
Assembly:
1.            Mix equal parts A and B of the EnviroTex Jewelry Clay according to directions. Press into pendent and smooth.
2.            Ink up the large mushroom clear stamp from Lucky Lilypad with the Clearsnap ColorBox Fluid Chalk. Press and stamp mushroom in the center of clay.
3.            Using paintbrush, lightly dust with Pearl Ex pigment.
4.            Press pearl beads around outer shape of mushroom.
5.            Let stand for an hour.
6.            Spray pendent with Ranger Dylusions Ink Funky Fuchsia and let dry
7.            Now spray pendent with Ranger Dylusions Ink in Pure Sunshine and let dry. 
8.            Spray one more time with Pure Sunshine Ink and paint over with decoupage glue and let dry. 
9.            Cut length of string and tie jump ring on one end
10.         Add pendent and assortment of similar colored beads to string.
11.         Finish off with matching clasp.

Lucky Lilypad Mascot

We would like to introduce you to Lucky Lilpad's mascot: Cesar Chavez Smith. He works in our studio providing entertainment and stress relief. Today he is in his cubical, the couch in a pillow tent. Cesar is a long-haired Chihuahua with the super hero power of licking you to death. We are so glad to have him and he inspires cuteness in all of our designs.
